My sweater arrived in a sturdy box and was nicely packaged. It was a pleasure to unpack! The sweater itself is beautiful and well-finished. The size was also correct.
Beautiful products. However, they are pricey and some products sell out quickly. These remain on the webshop, which creates a lot of hype that ultimately leads to disappointment. Let customers know when something is almost sold out and remove the product when it is no longer available. Furthermore, to prevent returns, it would be helpful to know what size the models are wearing.

Personally, I think that anyone who orders from FR knows what they want, so they make a conscious choice and become a customer of FR. As a customer, I think the €8 shipping costs are too much. There should be a gesture here. Returns should always be at the customer's expense.

I received excellent service, honest and professional advice, and was not pressured into buying anything. Also important, I was treated equally even though the prices were reasonable, which is not always the case in every boutique. I am very satisfied with my purchases in every way!
